Shamus is co-owned by Robert Beaulieu and Ann Murphy-Beaulieu,
since 1990. Ann manages the daily operations, making the
Shamus a favorite for many Lockportians. Dishes are prepared
by
both
Chef Mike
Cain, who started at the Shamus in 1996, and by Chef Dave
Stoll, who has been at the Shamus since 2000. Their collective
talents allow

Shamus
to
